Pets can be wonderful things especially if you have mental health issues but maybe get one that lasts longer than a few months may assist otherwise it’s a constant circle of death and depression if all you have is the internet, simps and rodents that last about as long as a certain arcade bar in six fingered cousin fuckers county in the east of England.

I think I’d agree with the general opinion here that while there is certainly much about N&B and Octav1us/Louis/Sarah whatever they are, Geezers video wasn’t a particularly good way to go about it.
Certainly getting rinsed and talking crap over appropriated copyright TV content merits very little of talent, and Octy definitely either needs medical intervention to prevent her mental decline, or is just a huge sympathy grifter. Apparently her past traumas have caused her to reject femininity and begin to identify as a man, but literally a day ago displayed her cleavage on Twitch and looked for all intents and purposes very much a female. This behaviour certainly warrants comment but in a different, more suitable setting.

i didn’t publish it on the site, this isn’t my site, it’s geezer’s site. he programmed it, put it together and maintains it. i’ve mentioned that numerous times in videos, if you didn’t know that then you evidently haven’t watched that many of the videos as it’s mentioned from time to time.
geezer published the video himself, as he’s more than capable of doing and entitled to do so being as, as stated, it’s his site. i know it’s CALLED the funkyspectrum site but there’s no way i have the smarts to orchestrate something like this myself and it’s because of graeme that i still have a platform to put out videos !

Sorry George but while I agree with what you’ve said in THIS video and your take on the situation with regards to whether it should be construed as bullying or not and if referencing the video and highlighting that this is very poor content is fair game, I think there’s been an overstep here from Geezer.
Had his video been criticising two middle aged women for getting pissed up on a live stream purporting to be a video gaming platform and taking them to task for this very poor content, I’d have no issue. However, in my opinion, his decision to rile them up, and in particular the way he did it, took this from commenting on a situation and turned it into creating one particularly by choosing to ask questions around Octavius’ apparent gender reassignment.
IF either of these women had been talking about this, forcing their opinions or making reference to it – this would also have been fair game to have a debate. But they weren’t. They were talking about Gladiators and cheesy fucking chips.
Alternatively, had Geezer had a go at Hannah for her part in Horace-gate or even baited her about any other retro gaming grift that SHE has been a part of or connected to by association, it’s still fair game. But instead he started asking questions about a third party’s transformation to two pissed up women who were struggling to form cohesive sentences.
If Octavius was there and he started asking questions to imply it’s another attention seeking stunt, I’d understand that too but I’m sorry in my opinion (and as you say this is a place where we are all entitled to our opinions) – it was an ill judged direction to go down.
Fuck even if it had been as simple as calling them out on their piss poor content there and then and it devolved from there, it’d still be alright in my book but to start on that note just didn’t feel right and only gives your critics things to point to as to why this site isn’t credible which in turn increases the chances that the thieves, charlatans and grifters can get away with things they shouldn’t.
I enjoy the content here and that you (both of you) are unafraid to speak your opinion but this time I just think there’s been a mistake here in terms of how Geezer has gone about this one.
i didn’t actually watch that far into the video, i just jumped to the point where graeme was starting to talk to them then switched it off as they didn’t seem to be paying attention (shrugs). my attention span is short, i found them insufferable to watch and i have limited time left here, so didn’t want to waste it on them when i could be playing demons souls for the 103rd time. people may say “well why make a video decrying the bullying allegations if you didn’t watch it all ?” BUT i still maintain that if someone appears on a live stream, or online in general, people are going to say what they want and with opening yourself to freedom of speech comes great responsibility. maybe this wasn’t responsibly handled, i’m not going to watch it to find out and i didn’t know octavius was dragged into things, and maybe it’s a misstep on my part for addressing a situation i don’t have a full appraisal of but at the end of the day it was a couple of (from what i saw) pissed up, boring arseholes talking shite. they were doing so on twitch and, therefore, can expect that not all comments are going to be positive and/or on topic. it’s twitch. it’s utterly toxic, much like this situation has become which, i suppose, somehow ties a neat little bow on the whole affair and, thus, the snake continues to devour its own tail and the milky ocean continues to churn. anyway, i’ve another perfect playthrough to do and more digging with relation to a big upcoming story that’s very “edgy” indeed.
Whilst manufactured drama will do at a pinch, I much prefer the 100% organic free range drama that the British retrogaming scene is so good at producing.
That said, I appreciate George and Geezer doing a test run in preparation for the next free range drama shortage.
there’s a big chunk of free range drama on the go currently mate it’s a long, long story going back years and i’m going to have a video up about it shortly along with (hopefully) an interview with the key player !
