I’ve watched plenty of soulsborne hitless runs on twitch and youtube mate, but I’m pretty sure this is the first retro hitless run I’ve watched. Excellent work mate. You should start “8 bit hitless” on twitch and attempt live runs of the old classics. Definitely some traction there for that one! 👍🏻
there’s another one here mate https://www.funkyspectrum.com/?p=7087 that one is for ghouls n’ ghosts which is a much more tough title than robocop as it’s very random in places. i DO lose my armour but never lose a life. also this one for manic miner https://www.funkyspectrum.com/?p=7161 i had one for rtype too but i don’t think that one survived the youtube cull 🙁
browser settings too strict i think mate, also if you post an image with a reply i think it has to be approved so maybe it’s that ? (if you’re trying to post images)

Nice playthrough George – never completed this back in the day and was always a bit frustrated that you couldn’t jump like the arcade version. Great music though 😊👌
yes mate i think i will do a video of the arcade one at some point, i’ve not played it very much i’m not even sure if i’ve ever finished it. i probably have but i’ve just forgotten but i will take a look again.
Thanks George, That ending always pissed me off. Basically just a thanks for playing now fuck off, It might be a false memory but i remember completing Robocop and getting that same congratulations then it going to another screen with the Ocean logo with a list of their other titles.
maybe that’s the amstrad one mate i’m really not familiar with that at all aside from the look i took at it yesterday. it does look alright though, much more colourful. the spectrum “ending” just shows the screen shown here then the whole game restarts.
